Notes and limits
- This tool counts time periods only. It does not determine whether experience is relevant, sufficient, or accepted for any specific purpose.
- Months are counted inclusively: a period from January 2020 to January 2020 counts as one month.
- Count each row separately sums all adjusted months, including any overlap.
- Do not double-count overlapping months counts each calendar month once if any included row covers it, then applies the highest qualifying percentage for that month.
- Cap monthly credit at 100% adds percentages across rows by calendar month but caps each month at 100% before summing.
- The user decides which periods to include and what percentage to apply. Different organizations may count part-time work, overlapping roles, leave periods, or ongoing work differently.
